    I ordered TV online told my wife to pick it up at Tacoma, Wa best buy order number: BBY01-806230967350 I told her that it was an open box that was the description given prior to purchase. Our thoughts was its in the "openbox" and it'll be ok transporting in our rav4 laying down but we were wrong. While my wife was picking up the TV the employee's were laughing at her because it couldn't fit in our car. The manager noticed and offered to get the TV delivered with installation. When the TV got delivered I was present at this moment this geek squad guy said that my wall stud were more apart than usual which was weird to me. While they were unwrapping the geek squad guy told me not to take off the tape around the edge of the TV until I get it installed on the wall. The TV didn't get installed because of what he stated, he told me also that I should purchase a different mount for my TV because the one I got was too small for my stud. Few weeks came by (I was out of country for work trying to helped this pandemic issues) and I decided to measure this wall stud and this geek squad guy is probably wrong about the stud being too far apart and yes he was wrong. While taking the TV edge tape I realize there was a crack with hole on the side of the TV (see pictures). Do y'all realize now that I've played like a fool?

    Geek squad protection plan is the main reason I purchase my electronics at Best Buy. Geek squads provides great service and quick solutions.

    Geek Squad services are always hassle-free, I never buy anything and don't attach a plan if its available, cause you never know. I also love I don't have to deal with a third party

    This is an excellent deal for the five years plan as it stands my tv did last two years before problems then they replaced it without worry. I was so happy with the 3 year plan I bought with the first tv when I got its replacement I added the 5 year warranty which also came in handy when the remote went bad and got replaced again covered. Well worth the money!

    No one can beat best buys services. Think, if they can't repair an item fairly quick they hook you up with new unit. Yeaaaa.

    They friendly and were very good about trying to help, but had to send off the tv anyway. Getting the appointment with them wasn't an easy task though

    I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

    100 % recommended Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. I brought this plan for my cell phone and I had functional damage to my phone. Geek Squad service team member had given good response and changed my phone with brand now. thanks to Standard Geek Squad Protection.

    The agents set up my television and they set up a sound bar that I had had before and they connected remotes for not only the TV I bought but for an older TV as well as checked my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi to make sure it was working correctly with the extenders they went out of their way to help me and they followed the Covid safety protocols they were very knowledgeable and assisted me when I needed a cable and I did not have one they were very very nice as well and extremely helpful. And I worked in customer service for most of my life so I feel that I’m qualified to read these people and I feel that they were absolutely the best part of your geek squad

    They mounted my TV with no problem. They took out all the packaging materials and TV box and hauled it off. They answered and showed me how to use the TV. Highly recommend them!

    Purchase a 65” Samsung OLED tv. I made sure to purchase a 5 year extended GeekSquad warranty for it as well for peace of mind. I definitely recommend to anyone to purchase an extended warranty for an electronics purchase like a big tv. It’s good to know that if anything happens to my tv in the next 5 years that I’m covered. The cost of the 5 year warranty imo is fair.

    Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.

    I'll be concise and to the point. My Vizio TV started failing just shy of a few weeks before the geek squad protection was going to expire. I filed a claim to make sure it could be repaired before the warranty period was up. Aside of some road-bumps in communication internally (Seriously best buy guys, your left hand should really know what your right hand is doing) they ultimately determined that due to short staffing during the pandemic, service was not available. As such, I was provided a full refund (via best buy in store credit) toward the purchase of a new TV. Let me repeat that: 2 years after I bought it, I was fully refunded because the product failed, and was able to buy a new TV. I will NEVER purchase another electronic here WITHOUT getting this protection.
