I would recommend a Geek sqaud extended warranty. I bought one for my 75” tv. If they can’t fix it , I believe they send you a check for your purchase price. The TV is 85 pounds so it’s not something I want to lug back to the store or to a authorized service center

I bought a television over 4 years ago, Had to take it back because it was malfunctioning. Customers, anytime your purchase an electronic item from BestBuy, always, always, always purchase the extended warranty with the Geek Squad! Indeed it the best investment ever. They truly stand by their word! They refunded my money since they weren’t able to fix the television and I bought a brand new updated one with better features!

I have always wanted to get an OLED TV but was always afraid of burn in. With this protection plan, I was able to safely take the leap and boy am I happy I did so. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, don't even think about it, get this protection.

My tv had went out after two years and I remembered I had purchased the Geek Squad. They replaced the tv and schedule delivery/pick up and the morning of, I get a voice mail, our guy is sick. I took the old and picked up the new and received a $20 gift card for my troubles.

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Seems like it was a smart move to purchase an additional warranty at a reasonable price.
