Havent used them yet but I have in the past great service

Haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t but it’s nice to know I’m protected should I need it

I always deal good with the Geek Squad they haven't let me down yet thank you.

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

It’s always great to have some extra protection for life’s unexpected events, and I like having that peace of mind.

Comes in handy. Peace of mind to have because you never know what happened with electronics.

Highly recommend extended warranty through Best Buy! The entire process is easy, and the techs are prompt and professional. They really took care of all my needs right through setup and walk through.

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last

I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

The agents were knowledgeable and helped me get the tv I wanted even though it was out of stock. The agents ordered it for me and it took less then 3 days.

The guys were were terrific, worked proficiently and with good care, cleaned up b4 they left

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

Whenever I make large electronic purchases, I always consider and usually purchase the optional Geek Squad Protection which is typically for at least 5 years. Most of the time, it has come in very handy with address issues with products like when our Whirlpool Washer we purchased in 2007 had numerous issues (never the same problem) over the years which Best Buy fixed each time. Do yourself a favor and consider getting this when making large purchases.
