Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

TV is great. Knowing its coveres for 5 years makes it even better.

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

I really appreciate the added protection. I live in Boston and my condo is rented in FL. Knowing that I have someone to call and get things fixed for my tenants locally is a real benefit.

Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!
