Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

Makes me feel safe I have professionals that will work on my products.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

Never have bought anything without insurance. You may not think it’s worth it now but accidents do happen from point a to b or the cat or dog we’re playing a bit to hard. Don’t walk out without your insure item.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

Excellent service and an affordable solution 10/10 would recommend.
