Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.

I haven't needed a Geek Squad associate to fix my TCL p605, which I bought the extended warranty for. However, I do have the confidence in knowing that if something goes wrong, a Geek Squad member will come by my home to fix my TV, if something does happen to it. And, if it CANNOT be fixed, I'll get a refund or replacement. Plus, I know some people, who have used the warranty and love it.

I trust and will continue until they fail to uphold their standards. Literally, the reason to purchase at BB, even if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else (and for some reason BB won't price match).

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

GeekSquad has always been a great additional service offered by BestBuy. One of the reasons I always check BestBuy first!

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

Haven't had to use it for current TV, but used them on past TV and they were fast to come out and troubleshoot and since they couldn't fix it, I received a replacement

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Was looking into buying a TV through Samsung as there protection plan and other offers seemed pretty good, but then looked through Best Buy and the offers with Geek Squad protection seemed just a few points better money and protection-wise. Geek Squad does a good job of servicing any needs or issues.
