Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

My lg tv broke after 3 years, luckily I had geek squad, they could not fix tv so gave me gift card for what I originally paid and used it on new and better tv….I always get geek squad, no brainer

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

Great help quality personnel now. I will recruit workmen everybody to get the geek squad. I give them Too thumbs up

Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.
