Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

Bought this because my 18 month old Bravia x85k stopped working. Have not had to use it yet. $300 for 5 years on a $1500 tv

Thank God I have not had to use the insurance but on other occasions I have used it with other items and it has been a blessing

I really like my TV it looks very nice it meets all my expectations it is just excellent

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

I always buy a warranty with electronic to avoid headaches on breakdowns.

My TV broke within the 5 years and I’m 10000% glad I got the extra protection. They gave me money for a new TV (due to it was more expensive to fix then a newer one) best part was the price was enough for me to get a bigger TV with the same brand, no off brand cheap stuff, MUST HAVE !!

We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Havent had to use it yet, but it was a great price for $99 added to tv.

I never needed to use there services but if i had needed to those guy's are great

Protection was good and never had any trouble with the Geek Squad. Products purchased have work so well I did not heed the extra service.
