I’m glad i added this on bc they help me with all my problems if needed

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Protection is definitely a necessity and Best Buy is elite and stand behind their sales 100% highly recommended you cant go wrong they offer the best protection for your money vs any other store.....

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.

Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

Very low price for the years of service protection ever

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.

I bought this warranty with an open box tv and ended up not using it because I returned the tv because it was a bad tv. My thoughts on the protection are good though. Especially when you buy gaming systems for kids. I didn't repurchase the warranty because the tv I ended up buying cost more than what I purchased the protection and the insignia tv for.

I usually don't buy extended warranties but this was offered at a real reasonable price. I was purchasing an Insignia TV and was a little unsure on of the quality. The TV has exceeded expectations and I have not needed to use the protection so far. At least I have piece of mind in case something does go wrong. In that respect it has been well worth it.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

This was not a bad value for protecting your investment.
