Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

The agents quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. Very professional and explained how everything worked. Setup universal remote and ensured everything worked correctly.

You gotta have protection for your products. I understand we have the warranty from Lg tv but, you can never be too safe now a days. That’s the reason I bought the extended protection plan through Best Buy and it’s well worth it

5 years protection, nce to work with, good customer support.

I had the Geek Squad protection for several years and only had to call on them 2-3 times. They were efficient and straightened out the issues over the phone and through my computer. It was nice to have someone who knew how to fix the issues without having to take my computer to the store.

if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

Always get the protection plan because you never know when you might need to replace whatever you bought

I brought it home easy out of the box and all that was to assemble was the feet on the TV

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

Haven’t had to use for the tv however anytime in the passed I have had to use geek square they have been very helpful!!

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

I will prefer this service for all advantages in case of something happen. The cost/benefits is excellent.

It was nice to have this but it’s a bit costly in imo. If you have things you need help setting up in home it’s a good deal. If you have many things you want looked at and can bring them in it’s a good deal

The agents were nice and friendly. They helped me setup my tv with ease within 30 minutes. They were quick and professional about it. I would highly recommend having geek squad help with setting up your TV. It worth it

Thi protection is worth every penny! We had this on our last TV and the TV started to show screen burns after only to years. The coverage allowed us to replace the faulty TV at no additional out of pocket.
