This is Excellent service I sat back, and they did every thing and programmed tv it was all ready to go.

We bought a 5-year warranty just in case. But we send up the TV by ourselves. Process seemed a little long but we're not so savvy.

I have bought Geek protect for so many years, and had to use it on few occasions and was simple and painless. From TVs to gaming headsets and laptops too. You just never know if you'll need it.

I've had no beed of this yet, but previous products have been well serviced by them

I love the 4K on this, it looks so wonderful with my PS5

Worth every penny. Had something break, called the number, had a replacement within days. This is how service is done. It's worth it.

I don’t often by service or insurance but once in a while with specific products and needs, it’s a good idea and can be worth the money.

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

I hope to not need this but am assured it will cover any damages by movers. It did NOT cover transportation of the TV from the store to my house.

Greatest purchase ever glad I did. Ended up using it a year later. Tech services was excellent the tech guy was knowledgeable friendly. Repair date was set came out and was fast and easy. In and out.

When I purchased my tv I had to get protection.If you really care about your tv and want to use it without thinking about any damaged not being covered .Then this is the plan you need and have a peace of mind .Enjoying my tv to the Max

Bought this protection with a television and ended up needing it, which got me the defective tv replaced for free. So glad I got it!! Purchased another item recently with this protection too, and hope to not need it again but kno I'm protected if I do. Appreciate the fact best buy does this service at a low cost.

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked
