    I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

    I operate vacation rentals so I buy a lot of stuff. I failed to get coverage on a Arlo Security Camera and it went defective in 9 months so still under warranty but dealing with Arlo has been MADDENING!!

    Absolutely worth it if you purchase an OLED TV. One of the few warranties that covers OLED burn in, which is still a thing and well worth protection on an LG CX OLED.

    I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them
