I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.
