This set is beyond great and is above the 4Kset it replaced.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Purchasing this from n the past has been a blessing. Technology is great when it works, but not always with flaws.

I always buy a warranty for my television! You may never know what could happen! I bought 5 tvs and had to use the warranty 2x it will take about less then a week to get a new TV as soon as you call

I always buy the longest warranty possible. Once my tv gave out 3.5 years and it was covered.

My Protection Plan covered the full cost of a replacement TV when a repair wasn't cost effective.

No mount just yet. My concern is the paneling and not drywall.

I had bought a tv for my in laws and it wasn’t their favorite. Things kept messing up and the tv died a few months before the service was up. They refunded the money on a gift card since they don’t carry that one anymore so I got them a nice one that they love.

When I buy a TV at Best Buy, I get this because if it breaks in 5 years it gets fixed or replaced which a TV repair shop will charge a lot more than what I paid- $59.

The staff was very helpful in finding the product I need. My device is working very well. The agent was very professional. Wearing masking per CDC guidelines. Install my product and product is working well.

Geek squad offered me a wonderful warranty program!!

I have purchased the Geek Squad protection with every tv I've ever purchased from Best Buy. Thank God I have never had to use it. Just knowing that they will be there to help me is a comforting. You insure everything else. Might as well add protection to 1000+ investment.

Don’t Leave BestBuy Without It! This is why I only buy my electronics at BestBuy rather than online sources like Amaz. You never know what might happen. They make the process seamless and convenient.
