I’m so glad that Best Buy have you guys I like having protection on shorten things like tvs watches and apple products and other things too it’s very helpful.

I have always questioned buying extended warranties, but this has proven to help me on a TV purchased about 4 years ago. I got the warranty at a good price, and it has more than paid for itself.

I am so grateful for geek squad . They came to my house several times to look at my Samsung tv when it was not working . After trouble shooting they determined it needed to be replaced completely. They arranged pick up of the old tv and dropped off for the replacement Samsung tv . I definitely recommend geek squad 2 year protection plan

I have not had to use the geek squad service this year but my experience in the past has been excellent. I would recommend for peace of mind on all electronic and appliance purchases!

I typically do not purchase warranties. However, the Geek Squad Service program was too good to pass on. Five years is a long period of time for an insurance/warranty program.

A few years ago, I began purchasing the Geek Squad protection on all of my larger purchases. Since then, I've had two TVs break on me and the exchange process was excellent and pain-free. While these insurance plans aren't for everyone, I definitely recommend them!

I bought my TV along with the Geeksquad. They came to my house and brought the new TV when the first TV stopped working for no reason. This was during Covid and brought the TV out. Great service.

I was making a large purchase for a new flat screen. I wanted to make sure I was protected. The Geek Squad has proven fast and reliable in the past, so I opted to add a warranty this time around too.

Protection important for me if my tv have any default i can change it for one in good condition

Just went with the two year plan mainly because sets usually fail in the first year or so, so gambling that it will last trouble free after all it's a Sony! Haven't used the protection plan and hope i don't have to, so no comment on how good it is yet.

The 5 year protection plan is the only plan that is worth it in my opinion, as 1 or 2 years is too short of a time for anything to happen to a TV. But 5 years is long enough for some kind of accident to happen, especially if you have kids.

Geek Squad protection plan is typically priced based on the value of the item. Adding this to major appliances such as a TV is a good idea. I prefer working with Geek Squad and the local store ofer the manufacturer.

Always used Best Buy for all my electronics. Adding this service has served me well.

I like adding geek squad protection because you never know what can or will happen, the only issue is something always happens after that 2 year warranty is up, and I never get the 5 year...

We bought this protection for our laptap and love that we can have geek squad check it for viruses and ensure it is running efficently.
