The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, REALLY GIVES A SENSE OF PEACE OF MIND WHEN PURCHASING EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Very convenient and a must have. Would recommend for large electronic purchases. An easy buy.

If you're looking to get a protection plan make sure you start off with 1 or 2 year if you get a long-term warranty even if your product goes out after 6 months you have to purchase a new warranty for whatever product they replace your bad one with

Geek squad is a dream come true for tv’s. They make life so easy with their in store customer service. Genuinely don’t know what I’d do without them!

Very good service to have if you have any issue with the TV they come and fix it or if the panel needs to replace they will replace the panel if you have burning they will fix it I love that

This is a protection for your television,receiver,so forth . It's worth the investment for what u buy. I bought 5 years of coverage .

We paid for their service only because we have bought so many products that we just wanted to make sure we were covered.

Havent had to use them yet but since i bought an oled there the only ones i know of with a 5yr warranty that covers burn in so i have no worries.

We purchased the extra protection for our new TV, not because we thought it would ever be used, but because we wanted peace of mind “just in case.” It’s a great product and will be there for us in the unlikely event we would ever need it.

Made sure to take this out on my OLED tv, covers everything but accidental damage.
