The Geek Squad service was okay. There's always a long wait time and sometimes what you need can't be fixed.

I always get Geek Squad Protection with each Best Buy purchase. They do a wonderful job and I have used them many times.

Well i personally think people should get the GSP because accidents happen and not only that but especially if you live in Florida.

Everyone needs to buy a protection plan now days on any electronic or appliance item. They don’t make them like they use to.
