we purchased a new Samsung TV, and decided that a protection plan was a good idea, so that we dont have to worry about sending a huge tv back to Manfacture. Best Buy will handle if a problem arises.

The agents cleaned my wife s laptop of all garbage. I brought two computers in have them upgraded and one worked the other went to recycle bin.
