I have not had to use the geek protection recently, but have in the past. After a quick check of the product that failed, I was given a credit sufficient enough to get a new model.

The Geek Squad mounted my tv to the wall hanger and connected up all my devices to the TV. Everything worked great

was great to have for the work done today. keeps my laptop working.

Geek squad is an excellent service for installing your brand new TV, A++. I highly recommend them for installation services.

I got this for the TV I purchased so that I ensure its covered. The only downside I see is that its a little pricey in comparison to what's been offered at other marketplace like costco.
