Getting a warranty is a must in this brand. This is the 3rd tv delivered within 5 years.

Support has been good so far. I hope the protection plan is worth th purchase if needed.

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

Geek squad service is the best. I've used them on a couple of occasions. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.!!!

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

I haven’t needed to use the Geek Squad service yet, but it’s great knowing I have the warranty if something goes wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and the setup process for coverage was easy and clear.

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

Gives us great piece of mind to know our investment is covered by the Geek Squad!

I was once a firm believer that the protection plans were a real rip off. I purchased once from a Best Buy competitor and out of caution I purchased the plan. Good thing I did. What a nightmare. NOW - I only purchase from Best Buy and I always purchase the protection plans. It seems a good policy for me.

Never had to use them but purchased for back up if needed they came highly recommended
