Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

I feel like we really didn't really need this service.
