Great peace of mind knowing 5 year best earranty in the electronics business. Had an issue with burn in with my older B7A LG OLED and they came out immediated and replaced with new C version panel. No additional charge! Great insurance for any electronics!

I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. This is the perfect tv for a small bedroom, the image is great, colors pop, very bright display. Easy to setup and light enough to mount up with no real issues. Best buy made this pickup a breeze. For the prize even including warranty, 10/10.

Easy and fast to get in touch with an agent, but the best part about when you have to contact geek squad is that you don't have to spend a lot of time if any going through the automated system to speak to an actual person. This is HUGE for me I don't remember having to answer a lot of prompts before I was able to speak to an actual person, if there were any prompts on the automated system it was only 1 or 2. Unlike when I have to call Comcast for anything, for example if I am calling about a billing issue, I have to spend 15-20 minutes in the automated system before I get to the billing department, then before I am able to speak to a person the automated system forces me to first try to resolve the issue with a virtual agent on their website, if the virtual agent can't resolve my issue I then and only then will they allow me to speak to an actual person, and even then I must request an agent to call me back from the site, there is no way I can simply wait to speak to an agent. It is annoying and frustrating. Every agent I have spoken to at Geek squad took less then 3 minutes to get connected with, they know their stuff, and if I ask a question, they do not know the answer to I have never had to wait for them to find the answer and wait for them get back to me latter by email or phone with the answer to my question, if they do not know the answer to a question I asked, they have always found the answer to the question before the end of the call, I may have to wait a bit for them to find the answer but they have always found the answer before the end of the call. Also, when they make an appointment, they show up on time if not early. They are the biggest reason I will never buy my electronics anywhere else.

Got it to bring my 75yr old aunt into the 21 century.

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .
