I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.

The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...

This is an amazing TV! I can't think of any downsides. Perfect blacks and great color!

This is an excellent deal for the five years plan as it stands my tv did last two years before problems then they replaced it without worry. I was so happy with the 3 year plan I bought with the first tv when I got its replacement I added the 5 year warranty which also came in handy when the remote went bad and got replaced again covered. Well worth the money!

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

Hope I never have to use it, but this is a great and affordable option for accident protection.

Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!
