More convenient one solution to get help when needed

I rarely have to use Geek Squad, but it’s always nice to have them available to protect a purchase!

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

I buy Geek squad coverage with everything I buy from Bestbuy that costs more than two hundred bucks! I've actually only had to use the geek squad service once, but it paid for itself that one time for every time I've bought it! A laptop I bought my wife for school died during finals for her master's program and they ended up giving me a new laptop and they were able to backup all of her files and they were very fast with everything, so long story short; if you buy a major appliance or expensive piece of electronics from Bestbuy spend the extra money for the Geek squad service!

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

We are really glad we invested in the coverage. Our LG tv developed an issue with the screen turning purple across the entire screen shortly after its warranty expired. When we looked online, it was very apparent that LG knew about this issue, and was not standing behind their products. Fortunately we had purchased the warranty so most of the cost of a replacement was covered. Was some confusion that 3 people in the store and management chain told us the entire purchase price would be applied when we purchased a more expensive replacement, but then the manager who rung the 2 tvs we were buying all the sudden the deal changed and we didn't get full credit. A little fishy, but we were still glad we had the warranty.
