I javent had to use this warranty as of yet,but i have never had any problems in past.

I had problems with my other television and the geek squad helped me quickly replaced my television set in 2 days.i would definitely give this insurance A Big A.its a must have be safe with the geek squad.....

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

I love this computer, I enjoy it and it works well n perfectly fine

If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

Geek squad is impossible to cancel. I'm hoping I don't have to use it!
