Many of my friends tell me it’s a waste of money to buy the extended warranty. I disagree. I had had issues at the 4 year mark and they replaced the item then all I had to do is buy another 5 year warranty. The piece of mind makes it worth it for me. Best Buy has a great geek squad

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

Geek Squad and Total Tech with Best Buy are a must have. I have had Geek Squad provide the following services: desktop/laptop setup, laptap "wiping", laptop key board replacement, Virus cleanup, and troubleshooting. You should not pass on the support packages.

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

Agents mounted TV and Hauled away all the boxes in a timely manner.

The way to go to protect your investment ... A must have!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

I had a previous 5 year warranty on my old TV. The picture went bad 1 month before the warranty expired. I was handled professionally all the way. New TV, installation and programming of my universal remote, everything for free. Great warranty.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

Great service. Had previously purchased on my 3 year old tv which Geek Squad could not repair. Offered a new tv to replace the old tv at no extra cost. Needless to say as the previous 5 year warranty was on the old tv, I purchased a new 5 year warranty on my new tv.
