I'm glad I have this! I'm not sure many people know of this or not but best buy warranties are one if not the only warranty that'll cover dead pixels AND burn in! I got an amazing deal on a 5-year plan and wouldn't have bought the TV without it!!!

Love being the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

I purchased a 5-year protection for my Samsung TV set and I know that if something goes wrong, it will be easy for me to contact Geek Squad for whatever problem I have with my TV set. Will renew again before expiration date.

i have had geek squad insurance for other smaller items, i just hope that (IF) i have to use it on my OLED that its worth the $$ spent on this insurance, I have been assured that its worth it. we see, well I hope not right?

Geek Squad is a must for big purchases at Best Buy. They are very knowledgeable and I love that I can go to the store and resolve everything at once. Whether they need to fix something or get a replacement. It’s a must have product.

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.

I purchased the warranty for my last Sony TV and was handled professionally to get me up and enjoying my new Sony A80L television.

TV has stopped working again for a second time. Will not start again for no apparent reason now. The cable modem appears to be functioning normally, but the TV will not light up or produce any picture or sound. What am I to do to restore TV service? Your record will show this occurred before. The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

This warranty totally worth it. We have yesterday in the past and we don’t regret it.
