It has always paid off for me. Whether it was repairs, viruses, tech support, it has saved me thousands over the last 5 years. I will add it to Anything I can add it to. TRUTH!

5-year Geek Squad Protection. Great service and I’m thankful we have it. We don’t use it often, but it’s worth having when you need it the most.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I would not buy an electronic without the geek squad service! I always walk away satisfied! They know their stuff! I don’t care for having to make an appointment especially since it’s too far away but I understand during Covid 19days, it’s necessary.

Dudes and dudettes, I absolutely love the Squad and it’s plans. I mean who doesn’t love spending a few extra bucks know your devices are covered for, this one is 5 years, but for many years?! So simple and easy

Gives me piece of mind. I have had the Geek squad come and fix my refrigerator. He was right on time and fixed the problem right away.

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

Good value because it covers burn in on my OLED. I have complete piece of mind knowing I can use my tv for as long as I want and watch whatever I want for the next 5 years.

I have this mounted on the wall of my bedroom. Very light and was easy to mount and get set up. Using wireless internet for Netflix. Color is awesome. Very crisp and clear picture. No complaints or problems. Covers for what I needed it for.

This is new technology for me. But I love the picture and sound quality and all the different choices of movies and providers at my fingertips.

My third Geek Squad Protection Plan and I always purchase when buying large ticket items. Peace of mind in knowing that I can count on Geek Squad for issues and repairs.
