I had experienced an ongoing issue with it, which I had previously discussed with them, but it only worsened in the last couple of months until the screen completely stopped working. This time around, I opted for a Samsung TV, and it has been a much better experience. The support team was understanding and promptly emailed me a gift card as store credit.
