Geek squad has never let me down if a product I bought has been damaged. I can get the same product good as new from the shelves at the store.

I recommend that standard geek squad protection always be purchased if you expect any response by the geek squad when purchasing hardware from Best Buy if it requires installation and setup.

The geek squad showed up on time and finished up the job in a timely manner.

Can not go wrong with adding some Geek Squad extended warranty so cheaply for a new TV. This is just an insurance policy it will last at least five years.

Pays for itself with replacement or repair. Always has been easy when I’ve had to use the service and it’s worth the small coat to protect an investment.

I haven't had to use them for this TV but they have fixed other things, they helped me setup, install and direct. a must have when you don't think you need.
