We couldn't figure out why our tv stopped working and geek squad resolved over the phone.

If there's an issue wirth my tv they cant fix, i get a new one- i can re-up every 5 years and be able to get a new tv for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one once this one eventually breaks

This extended service plan on our new Samsung TV system gives us great peace of mind should any problem occur in the future.

My son hooked up the tv on the entertainment center, nobody from Best Buy helped , the delivery guy was not around
