Best Buy's Geek Squad is the greatest protection and repair service around. Let the pros do what they do best and if they can't fix it, they will replace it!

When I purchased the tv and sound bar. The rep gave me an option to warranty my tv. Just in case it breaks. I was happy overall with my most recent purchase.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Great tv. Everything works as expected. Sound is good but i personally had to add a sound bar for more sound.

Great Protection plan for Electronic devices. The best plan have for Oled Tv. Covers burns and more.

I never buy an expensive product without some sort of protection plan. Geek Squad has never let me down!
