I got the warranty but also the tv installation. It was well worth it. They were fast, clean, and helpful.

I had an experience were my last TV broke six month before my 5 yrs warranty espired. Best Buy gave me a store credit for the price of my tv and aI bought a new ine.

I have yet to use them for this product but I have used them in the past and they are great and helpful with what I needed.

I always buy the protection package. Best Buy is great at honoring their warranty - way better than other companies.
