I only had this delivered but not set up. Nice guys very professional and this was delivered early! No issues.

Had a Geek Squad covered Samsung TV crap out at the 3 year mark (use for about 4 hours per day average). This plan replaced the TV; however, the closest model to my TV was about $100 higher in price (my original TV I bought on sale for more than $100 off mind you)..so I had to pay the extra $100 to get same model or downgrade to a different model/ manufacturer. They should replace it with comparable product, and not base replacement on whether it is on sale or regular price.

Good warranty and service plan. They are always very helpfull with their service, no complaint.

Never know if you need help or something may happen so sometimes it’s best to get coverage.

I haven't had to use it so I really have nothing to say. But it did sem like a very useful thing to have.

I purchased this plan to give with a gift for a birthday present I was giving, a brand new bluray player. I was assured you can transfer ownership of the plan to someone else. You can, but honestly it is a PAIN. Best Buy needs to create a website that can automatically handle such changes or allow more tools to do this in store. It has taken two phone calls and nearly 90 minutes of my time to have the plan properly changed to the new owner. This is inexcusable, and the only reason it gets two stars is due to the plan itself being very good and I would still recommend over an internet plan like Square Trade. The experience to gift the plan though is what drops three stars here.

I had to have my Panasonic db820 4K Blu-ray player sent out twice for repair. I had issues with Dolby Atmos Before it was replaced for a new one. Even though I had 3 years left on the warranty once your item is replaced the warranty expires . So I had purchase a new warranty.

I paid 10 bucks for coverage on an 18 dollar DVD player that is still working fine! DVD player is no longer available to purchase, so I don't know what they would do if I had a claim?

The product that I purchase has not had any warranty issues yet so I haven’t used the insurance.

Geek protection and if it breaks you know they got you MB d feel less stressed

I have nkt tried using this services yet. I will have to find out hopefully.

I can't really evaluate a Best Buy product protection plan at this point in time, since I have purchased many over the years and never had to use them. I would hope they provide quick and good service if need be. makes me think about all the money I wasted on plans such as these, since I never had to use one.
