I always get the Geek Squard Protection Plan whether I need it or not better safe than sorry.

It has helped me a lot, thanks to the fact that accidents happen, you never know.

I have not needed the service yet but I feel comfortable knowing I have it. They have supplied excellent service to my family members. I know they will be there when I need them.

If a product breaks this is wonderful to have... Couple years ago my laptop broke I took it back to him and they gave me a brand new one because they could not fix it.

If you have kids or are just clumsy like me, GET IT! a few but to replace it, it easy too. Peace of mind and better than stressing over the kids and their friends touching stuff.

The installers were very prompt & polite. Answered all question we had. Cleaned up everything and took garbage with them which was nice.
