Not happy

That’s unacceptable. The guy themselves are nice but this service is not what was pitched to me and will not buy again

Don’t buy it

What?? I never purchased Geek Squad!

I purchased a Wacom Stylus pen on this day and if I was charged anything additional without my knowledge then someone has a lot explaining to do! If an employee was trying to reach a quota at my expense I will be seeking legal accountability.

Car alarm sound comes out of it!

First, it tends to lose the connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer/satellite speakers. Second and the most annoying, out of nowhere, a loud noise, resembling a car alarm, blares from it. This even happens when the unit is not even on! I searched online and found several boards with people complaining about the same issue. i tried contacting customer support, but they just tell you to unplug it, hold this button down and then if the does not work, reset to factory settings. Still, I get this awful siren sound blaring from it.
