I always get Geek Squad protection on all my appliances. I've had to have computers fixed and eventually replaced. They provided great service and ensuring I don't loose my money on a purchase even if it breaks.

I've had issues before with certain things, but not a lot. Most of my experience is technical questions or recommendations if I had to ask them for help.

Read the ice maker machine i bought is likely to break in 2 years so i had to back it up. Geek squad hasnt let me down as far as protection plans go so it was a no brainer

This is the first time I buy a protection plan. I hope not too use it but I’m happy I have it !

It’s just okay, I keep this fridge outside by the pool under a covered patio. Regardless of what setting it’s on it either freezes items in the fridge unless I put it at the lowest setting but then doesn’t really cool off items. Freezer works well and does the job. I might be asking a lot of this little inexpensive fridge cut I have to empty the fridge once every two weeks and scrape off ice around the interior of the fridge.

Read some bad reviews on different brands of compact refrigerators that I was interested in purchasing, so I decided to purchase extended warranty in case something went wrong with refrigerator. Nice to have some peace of mind over my purchase!

Purchased this with my refrigerator just to have peace of mind. Since COVID delayed some manufactures parts and delivery options I just wanted something to fall back on it I experienced issues.

Purchased this with a mini fridge since modern appliances seem to die right after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Not expensive and you get a bumper to bumper warranty.

I love my refrigerator I just don't like the price of the filters and it takes 2 filters and there are $60 a piece

Overall I havnt had any issues with my fridge but geek squad always helps me when I have any questions with the tech I buy at Best Buy.

Any protection program involving the Geek Squad is well worth the money. If they are ever actually needed, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Problems get solved right away.
