Geek squad is great for all our purchases! This was essential with the kids online schooling, college needs and home appliance purchases!

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

We’ve used Geek Squad a few times now for a few of our electronic devices- at first I didn’t see a need but they work with you and it’s worth having this protection

I like having the protection on my products it means I don’t have to worry if it stops working or if I have a problem. I have always had good results with the protection plan.

Great little mini fridge. I've had it for over a year and havent had any problems but the shelves are very close together so to get anything of a regular size in it I had to remove one and the drawer is so tiny

My mother wanted this so she could feel good about a purchase she needed. When you can talk to someone in person about a problem and they are polite and helpful these types of service are of value for all. Keep good staff and we'll keep buying this service.

I love the warranties they offer. Many of the large ticket items only have 1 year from the manufacture..

With the countertop ice maker it only made sense to take the four year warranty. I would highly recommend insuring your icemaker!

Great to have when purchasing products that need extended warranties! Used to always buy Geek Squad for each purchase now it is there automatically!

We got for our son's room to keep his drinks. Haven't had any problems and looks nice.

In 2012 I puchased a very expensive product with this service plan. The product worked great except for the in-product ice-maker constantly froze up, stopped working. BB service repaired and replaced parts to make it run correctly at no cost to me. It was worth every penny.

I can’t imagine my life with out Best Buy and the Geek Squad! I have met some of the most intelligent and helpful people in this department. They came out to perform a site evaluation on my sound system. I know most of the by name. I don’t know if that is good for them, however, it certainly is GREAT for me!

Seriously what do you need more than protection. Not the you know physical type but you know emotional. Being protected from the heart ache of not being able to replace your expensive stuff.

Geek squad through BB is the greatest warranty service you could hope for. They're always willing to help, the are usually very knowledgeable on your situation or know someone who is. And if all does go sideway, they'll replace it. What more do you want.

I love the Geek Squad, always helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I would recommend is for them to have better hygiene practices, greasy hair and bo isn't good.

How long will your purchase last you? Most purchases come with a 90 day standard warranty from the manufacturer. This is the best option for ensuring that you purchase takes you beyond the manufactures short term warranty.

Have not had to use it. But when I need it I will have it.

Always great to have the added protection and comfort to ease your mind.
