I had a problem with my ice maker. Best Buy offered to replace the item or refund me 2 years after I bought the product. It was well worth the price I paid for tbe plan.

For certain items, no matter where you buy it and what brand it is, having piece of mind in a protection plan is invaluable. We haven't needed to use it, but if we do, great, if not, then we went at least four years of not worrying about our large appliance purchase. Thanks Best Buy

Peace of mind protection when your TV is 85 in you don't need to be carting it around if anything happens the agents come to you.

I love geek squad it keeps your mind that is knowing that your appliances are under geek squad if something ever happens, you have them to fix your appliances.

I don't normally buy warranties but lately I have on big appliances and it was worth what I paid. Especially if they have to order parts and come back to install. Things don't last like they used to, so I have them checked out before warranty ends.

This is my 2nd one I buy, I loved it the first time and needed a 2nd one so I decided to get the one I knew was not gonna let me down …

Added Geek Squad protection for the beverage cooler I purchased.

Geek Squad protection is there when you need it. It’s like insurance. If you don’t have it, you end up needing it sometime down the line. I have had to use the protection a couple of times in the past on different items, and glad I had it.

Always get this when we purcahse any item - and what a great deal it is!

I haven't had to use this yet but having the peace of mind is very useful, especially because it was for my mom's device.

Added four year protection to wine coolers and beverage cooler.

This is such a stupid service. Was sold they would come to me since I live 50 miles from a store but nope they dont come to me. And if its considered a portable item, even though its 40 lbs, you have to take it to them. I will never buy this service again.

Geek Squad is a great service. If you have an issue arise with a product it is taken care of quickly and with kindness from staff. I have always had a very good experience with them. I love having protection on the products I love.

It appears I am reviewing the BBuy Protection plan for the refrigerator, not the appliance itself. I like having BBUY extended warranties on all equipment I buy from them, gives me a sense of security and SOMETIMES have used it. Thanks.
