Purchased again after using the original Geek squad protection. Nice to have on those expensive items.

Seriously what do you need more than protection. Not the you know physical type but you know emotional. Being protected from the heart ache of not being able to replace your expensive stuff.

Gives you the peace of mind needed when making a large purchase on something that could break so easily! Definitely recommend just in case something happens! It’s better to be safe than sorry!

We bought this for one of the appliances. In the past, we had a fridge that was having a lot of cosmetic issues and having the protection gave us piece of mind knowing it would be taken care of. Especially with dishwashers, free replacements if the appliance is not fixable or keeps breaking.

Hoping to never have to use this warranty but if I do it was a good value for fixing and replacements.

They have done a wonderful job and I’ve always been very helpful. They are professional and do excellent work.

Geek squad through BB is the greatest warranty service you could hope for. They're always willing to help, the are usually very knowledgeable on your situation or know someone who is. And if all does go sideway, they'll replace it. What more do you want.

For certain items, no matter where you buy it and what brand it is, having piece of mind in a protection plan is invaluable. We haven't needed to use it, but if we do, great, if not, then we went at least four years of not worrying about our large appliance purchase. Thanks Best Buy
