This is an amazing fridge I keep it in my bedroom for drinks we love it!

There are a number of manufacturing issues with this refrigerator. They’re largely cosmetic and none of them impact the functionality of the refrigerator.

In July 2023 I returned a countertop icemaker that I had a 2 year plan on. The icemaker started leaking in December 2023 and when I attempted to use my 2 year protection plan, BB customer service informed me that these "2 year" plans are basically a use it and lose it product plan. But on the plus side, BB shared their condolences that I had a $500 icemaker leaking water all over my counter.

Sucks. Repairman came out fixed the sound problem after 2 months. The remote still doesn’t work. Now I get a message on the screen every time I turn on the unit. The repairman Ceasar said he would be back to fix it, Never happened. So much for getting a Geek Squad plan.

Got here intact, fast and working in perfect condition. Somebody in the reviews complained of the noise. I hear it but it's not that bad unless you are sleeping close to it. It makes a little noise when the cycle is on. I put it on the 7 (which is max) thinking it was not going to make things too cold since its a small fridge, "boy was I wrong", it froze all my water, and that was not the freezer, so you can imagine how cold the freezer is. The freezer it's isolated from everything and the little door locks airtight, also the freezer is completely close without any spaces in the back so the temperature from the freezer does not leak into the rest of the fridge.

I actually haven't had to utilize geek squad fir this product yet however they have been amazing for any help i have needed for other items!

Best refrigerator, it keeps all foods fresh and storage for all different size containers is great. Freezer compartments are excellent for small and large food size.

Buying expensive electronics often comes with the worry of what happens if something breaks. Geek squad protection is a must for any product you purchase. I have been really happy with the way they handle my products that i have purchased. This particular one was for my GE Opal ice maker. This gives me the peace of mind after spending so much money on an ice maker. The cost was really minor to get the piece of mind after investing in an expensive product. I used to work at Best Buy and i'm still a believer in Geek Squad protection. When you spend lots of money on electronic products this makes it even more worth it to purchase. If your on the fence about purchasing Geek Squad don't hesitate they will take care of you!

Purchased this for my work office in 2018 & it’s still going strong in 22”. Stays cold, no strange noises & for perfectly in the corner on my rolling cabinet.

I don’t usually buy this but glad I did have had a few problems with my ice machine and have all been resolved by geek squad

I purchased an opal 2.0 ice maker in 2023 and got the Geek Squad protection as well. Within 3 months the ice maker stopped working. With the protection plan I simply brought the ice maker to the store, received a replacement, and purchased a new protection plan. 1 year and 10 months later, the replacement stopped working as well. Again, I brought it to the store for replacement. This time the model was no longer available so I simply paid the difference between the old and new model as well as a new protection plan. Very easy and worthwhile to have that protection.

Not a 5 stars since it take some phone juggling to get right person on phone but once ticket is created fix come in record speed

We love the GE OPAL Ice maker but they are expensive and tend to break. The last one lasted just shy of two years. With the extended Geek Squad protection the return was quick and easy. They determined based on the symptoms that the unit was not repairable and they issued a refund. I was lucky and the newer model was on sale so I came out with a new ice maker same day with a new 4 year protection and a few dollars credit left on the gift card. Highly recommend.

Best refrigerator I ever purchased for my office! It keeps everything frozen in the freezer and fits a lot of stuff. I generally use the freezer part for popsicles or ice cream. The refrigerator has a shelf for sodas or juice boxes which is great for the kids. I use mine in The office so it fits a ton of food and snacks. Keeps everything cold. I love the storage spaces too! Perfect for me!
