I got this cuz I thought it would be great to have some kind of protection on my stuff that I buy from best buy and I couldn’t be any happier

It’s just okay, I keep this fridge outside by the pool under a covered patio. Regardless of what setting it’s on it either freezes items in the fridge unless I put it at the lowest setting but then doesn’t really cool off items. Freezer works well and does the job. I might be asking a lot of this little inexpensive fridge cut I have to empty the fridge once every two weeks and scrape off ice around the interior of the fridge.

The agent came to our home and expained the problem with our H P lazer printer and fixed it quickly

I tend to buy the Geek Squad protection due to the high level of service I have always gotten with them. Its pretty easy to use and if something happens getting a fix is quick.

Havent had to use the warranty, but have it if the need arises.

Learned a longtime ago. Never buy something if you can't buy the Geek Squad warranty. But insurance for any purchase.

I so love the security of having protection. Given the amount of work I have to complete using my electronics and how much I travel, the protection plans are so needed!

Have not attempted to use this warranty yet. Time will tell if it is needed.
