Love the protection plan. No issues whenever you have a problem it gets solved

I bought the extended coverage for my LG laundry unit. I haven't had to use the coverage, but glad its there if I need it.

It makes ice great, however its not easy to clean and if your water is hard in any way you have to clean it twice as much to maintain the functionality of it. If you don't mind that then its definitely the one to choose.

This protection is very helpful for issues with the product. Very handy to have when needed.

This Insignia (best buy brand) "Can Cooler" replaced an older Mini-Fridge that was being used for the same purpose, but much less efficient due to the shape and design of it. The Can Cooler can still be multi-purposed to chill things besides cans by simply adjusting the shelf heights. Overall it works very nice, it's stylish, but it has some quirks: 1) The LED Light is either ON or OFF. You can't set it to turn on only when it opens (like a normal refrigerator).. If it's ON, it's always on, if it's off, it's always off. This is an issue because of the glass front which makes it act as a nightlight if you turn the light on.. or makes it impossible to see what you're taking out in the dark if it's off. 2) There's no way this holds 115 cans. Maybe if you're counting 8 Oz. slim red bull style cans, but not normal 12 Oz. cans. It holds about 20 cans per shelf (minus the bottom shelf, which holds about half of that). 3) Anything other than a normal can height will be hard to accommodate. The very bottom shelf can hold larger cans (16 oz/energy drink size), but any types of water bottles or glass bottles will probably need to be stacked like a pyramid instead of standing up straight.

I had an issue with the product that I bought this extended coverage for, and it made getting the issue resolved easy as anything. I walked into the store with my appliance, handed them my paperwork, and walked out 5 minutes later with a brand new replacement. No hassles. Very happy and will consider getting these additional warranties more often going forward.

I haven’t had to use it yet., However if I do, hopefully I get a return on my investment. Time will tell.

I am always happy to purchase Geek Squad protection, because if I need it I know it is always honored.... at least it has been for me.

Always get the geek squad service extension. They have always, immediately fixed or replaced the item with no questions asked. If they do not have item in store, you will get store credit and then you can purchase it again or another item. You not regret purchasing it, ESPECIALLY IF THE ITEM IS AN ice maker

Great to have extra warranty especially for a high-end product because I would of lost my product

I’ve used this feature for all my purchases and I’m so pleased with the help that I’ve received with my past malfunctions. And sometimes it’s not even the malfunction of the product. But mine personally. Lol

I'm a big fan of the Geek Squad. I've used them on many occasions and have never had reason to regret it. In fact several visits resulted in my getting more value out of Best Buy purchases. And when I call, I always get excellent response. One thing though, I would like to see an Apple expert for my iMacs. I have three and the last Geek Squad agent, though quite earnest, couldn't take care of some questions without calling an Apple expert elsewhere. But I can't find fault in the expert who showed up. He was smart enough to make that call. Too often techs pretend they know something when they don't. I've never had that experience with Geek Squad-ers.

The machine works great! Very happy with it and it’s been 4 months!

I think great mini fidge to store my soda, microwave dinners and ice cream. It hasn’t leaked yet. It is a nice sized mini fridge to store small easy to eat food and small drinks.

Geek Squad is always so helpful and they know just what to do when needed!! Recommend 100%!

I have not had to use my Geek Squad and really don't think I will need it but purchased it because I have other policies under Geek and have been very satisfied. And my daughter has had to use her Geek Squad policy and they made things right on the spot. Good Squad.

Geek squad protection should be a no brainer. Always buy it with any electronic you purchase. You never know what will happen. Think of the last time something broke and how you wish you had bought the extended warranty. Don’t rely on the manufacturer’s warranty! It’s so difficult to use, trust me! If moneys an issue than ask a bbuy employee if they have an open box version. That way with the savings you receive it will cover the cost of the geek squad protection.
