Arrived as promised, was damaged in 2 places. Best Buy is sending a new one now, we shall see. Side note, I offered to keep it as it will be in my shop but requested a discount, they offered $4 credit, needless to say that wasn’t going to work as I won’t pay 95% of retail for a damaged item!

Started out as a very good ice maker, makes ice really quickly. We purchased this unit back in January but since then it has gotten noisier and noisier while making ice.it still works great, it’s just annoying to use due to the noise.

If you buy a household item that’s expensive and used a lot, getting this is a no brainer. Had a vaccuum die, and since they didn’t have one to replace it in stock, I was able to get a newer version with the gift card I received with the cost of my original product

Is definitely up there in the 4.7 range. Freezes extremely quick, and can hold its temperature really well. Currently reviewing this product a month after purchase and I can safely say that this was a wise investment for future to come. Will be giving an update later down the line if something does happen though!

Anytime I buy something that is over $200 and contains any type of electronics I purchase the Geek Squad 2 year Protection Plan. This way I always know I'm protected and covered by the BEST protection to cover my electronics and I don't have to worry that it will fall back on on me to have to purchase a New one within 2 years time. I also can get a New plan at the two year mark by bringing my electronics to the Geek Squad to see if there is any damage and to make another year extension. What more can I ask for?

We hade a case that refrigerator was damaged while delivery. And with this protection plan they changed in without any problems.

Great purchase, my wife is breast feeding and we needed a mini fridge. So glad we stopped at Best Buy in Mays Landing. We got a great deal!

My advice? Always buy the Protection Plan. So affordable and so easy. I’ve easily replaced appliances that started to give us trouble. No receipt, no hassle. (All the info is stored on your Best Buy account.) Best Buy is essentially backing up something that may or may not have been manufactured in a quality way. These plans are truly a “Best Buy!”

Geek squad protection is always a plus! I only have ever had to use them once but it’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it when it comes to expensive electronics, right?
