I got this for a drink cooler. Better to spend the money to get the support plan than have to replace an item at full price.

I like I can change from small to large cubes. The ice starts melting in basket while another batch is being made,I have to drain the basket of excess water before putting ice in freezer and it still frezes in clumps. It has a small water chamber holds about 25 ounces.
