If you want expert installation in a timely manner and efficiently, then you must have Geek Squad to do the job. They will make sure it’s installed properly and for longevity so it doesn’t have to be moved to be more efficient. If there’s any questions about the process or anything, Geek Squad will help you with that.

I typically get extended service support for any item that might be prone to failure in the first two years of service. So far, this has worked well for me. The Geek Squad has been my go to service for whenever I bump into issues with products I've received from Best Buy.

Always get the extended warranty. It has saved me many times over and bestbuy has always kept their word on replacement of defective items. There is nothing like being able to replace broken/defective items in the same day with no hassle.

The Geek Squad is always over the top when it comes to repairs. They have been able to repair anything that comes from their store within the timeframe that they give you. The Best Squad ever.

These are worth it if you know the product you are buying wont last. Case in point my Ice Maker. Reviews all stated it would break in a year and it did. Went in and swapped it out for a new one. A+

A 4-year warranty brings confidence all is well should the ice maker breaks down. I have been using the ice maker every day since I bought it. It works exceptionally well. If I should have any problems with it, I would take it back to the nearby Best Buy to either have it fixed or replaced. You can't beat that.

Anytime I buy something that is over $200 and contains any type of electronics I purchase the Geek Squad 2 year Protection Plan. This way I always know I'm protected and covered by the BEST protection to cover my electronics and I don't have to worry that it will fall back on on me to have to purchase a New one within 2 years time. I also can get a New plan at the two year mark by bringing my electronics to the Geek Squad to see if there is any damage and to make another year extension. What more can I ask for?

This compact fridge work great for small place as drink cooler with seven settings of cooling mode. never had issue with it. great product with great pricing.

My advice? Always buy the Protection Plan. So affordable and so easy. I’ve easily replaced appliances that started to give us trouble. No receipt, no hassle. (All the info is stored on your Best Buy account.) Best Buy is essentially backing up something that may or may not have been manufactured in a quality way. These plans are truly a “Best Buy!”

We always buy the Geek Squad. Yiu never know what can happen and for the little extra you pay to have protection why not. Its so worth it.

If you buy a household item that’s expensive and used a lot, getting this is a no brainer. Had a vaccuum die, and since they didn’t have one to replace it in stock, I was able to get a newer version with the gift card I received with the cost of my original product

Very nice unit ! Saved. My entire family during the hot months when my ice machine broke ! So I came in the staff was great and I got the bed they had to offer

This seems to be a great value for the money. Ice machines have a habit of not lasting. Hopefully this extra coverage pays off or the machine lasts the long run.

Arrived as promised, was damaged in 2 places. Best Buy is sending a new one now, we shall see. Side note, I offered to keep it as it will be in my shop but requested a discount, they offered $4 credit, needless to say that wasn’t going to work as I won’t pay 95% of retail for a damaged item!
