Glad I purchased the 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, as It covered an non-repairable item I purchased at 14 months of use, so, if I had not purchased this, I'd be out about $700 as the 1 year factory warranty would of been expired. But, discovered that once the defective device was deemed not repairable, and I was refunded my original cost of the item, that if I had purchased another identical unit to replace the defective one, that I would not be able to use the remaining years of this 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection I would have to purchase another Standard Geek Squad Protection for the new device. Since I did not use the entire 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, I would think that I could use the remaining 'balance of time' to apply to a replacement unit.

Geek Squad from BEST BUY is the reason and the only reason for my electronics to receive a Top Notch Rating and Standing Ovation upon completion of their service call. A job well done. Electronics was Up and Running. No short cuts, only the right technical cuts was noted. and applied. Thanks for a job well done !

My first experience with Geek Squad Protection was my laptop that was purchased second hand. They went thru it thoroughly, installed parts and reloaded my operating system. All for FREE!!!! Then when one of our TV's went out, they were very efficient in getting it warrantied out and a replacement purchased with a credit from the bad TV. I won't purchase any electronic or appliance or anything else without it.

Love the looks of this refrigerator . Bought it this morning. The door is not level and no way to fix that. If you look at the distance of the door from top of frig it is not level. Which looks bad and also good stop a good seal if it is not right. May not be a big deal but for almost 600.00 it should be right. When we put it up to the counter it creates an uneven space between wall of cabinet and frig, noticeable there too. Will take back, getting another brand In larger refrigerators you can adjust the door. It appears we can't.

Geek squad is no joke and works exactly as described. I had to use it for an ice maker I had nearly 2 years. Took it to the store and they gave a credit on the spot for the original full purchase price !

Purchased a fridge for my son to use at college. Well I thought it would be a good investment to purchase the protection that was offered on this product. 4 yr coverage on an appliance for a college student was probably the best investment I could have made. As if something goes wrong he is not calling home for us to purchase a new one. You tell him to take it back to the store and get it fixed or replaced.

Geek Squad is a great service from Best Buy, and highly recommend.

I needed a beverage refrigerator for an event at my home and this is perfect! It’s attractive, holds lots of bottles of many sizes and has quality shelving. It alarms when left open and can also be locked.

Haven't had to use it yet - doing this review just to get entered into the gift card drawing

Always get the protection on stuff, saves a lot in the end!
