Geek Squad protection is good to have for any electronics, especially for me, I use my computer alot, spills, can happen by accident, it's great protection, and it's worth the purchase.

When I bought my 1,1 cu. ft. Insignia Microwave, I also purchased the Geek Squad protection plan to cover ay problems with the microwave

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. They were completely unwilling to accommodate and consistently deflected instead of offering any real explanation. When I asked where their policy states that a GE countertop microwave qualifies as a small appliance, they couldn’t provide an answer. Meanwhile, GE’s own website clarifies that these microwaves are not considered small appliances. Which makes sense since they weigh nearly 50 pounds. Rather than addressing the issue, the representative (Edwin) simply dismissed my concerns by saying I was “frustrated” and hanging up on me. I do not recommend Best Buy or Geek Squad to anyone.

Purchase as gift - receiver loves it- use for smoothies

It is great at making both hot and iced coffee with easy to follow instructions, but the frappe attachment was not what i hoped for.

Well worth having easy to deal with and a one time fee to get a new one

I got much better results with having them set up my TV

I wouldn’t buy any electronics without the Geek Squad protection. I like having this in case I need help with repair or a simple/hard question.

I get protection on all my stuff, and I ended up swapping out a a whole assortment of products from kitchen appliances, routers, headphones etc.

Felt confident if any issues arose with my purchase

Won’t buy any appliances without a protection plan. Have benefited from our Geek Squad plans for many years. Certainly worth the investment.

Insurance is always a great topic for debate, but as fast as new appliances go out, I wouldn’t purchase without it.

Still have it and working amazing. Got my money’s worth.
