Why I didn’t receive immediate repair or replacement of the product?

Worst microwave oven ever .80% of the time it will not work i have to constantly unplug it to cook

Not as good a deal as the Sprint protection plan. Geek Squad unable to repair a Samsung S10+. Had to replace phone and all data did not transfer to new phone. Cheaper monthly payment, but cost $100 for a phone replacement for a simple chipped screen.

GeekSquad protection plan is good BUT GeekSquad customer service is NOT good

Geek squad protection plans are the absolute best anytime you have problems you take it into the store and they have service or they come to your home to service it

Very quite. You can also turn off the beeping sound and blue light. Press the "8" button to mute. Hold the stop/cancel button to turn off the light. I live in a dorm like room, so prefer a quite microwave oven and sometime use it late night, im glad how quite it is when running. It is more powerful that enough to heat up all my frozen meals, so no need to worry about the power unless you cooking a frozen turkey. It is also big enough to put a 13 diameter plate. I'd recommend to students or office workers that have limited space and want quite environment.
