I always purchase Best Buy's GSP on "high ticket items" and have always had a good experience with them.

I love the Geek Squad! I have minimal technical skills. I can call them when it is convenient for me and get the help I need. I think a service contract with them is a fabulous investment.

I recently bought an open box Alienware laptop. When it was sold to me, the floor demo stuff was still on it. They wiped it clean within 45 minutes. It was as if I bought it brand new!

Having a geek squad plan is very helpful should an appliance fail.

I think its worth it. My last microwave went south and bc i had the extended warranty, i was able to purchase a new one since it was not able to be repaired.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

Protection always worth it haven’t used it yet but have in past and I’ve had no complaints.

This is a good insurance to get. I got it for the printer and for some weird reason, the printer stopped working, went to the store, they replaced it. Simple! Good job.
